DETOX SMOOTHIE 

Green Apple 🍏 Parsley 🌿 

1 green apple 🍏 

1/4 cup of parsley 🌿 

1 cup spinach

1/2 ripened pear 🍐 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

2 tbsp ground flax seeds

1 cup water 💦 

1/2 cup ice 🧊 

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
